Caleb joined us last for our Blue & BBQ concert in February from the Fair Haven Events Center! He plays originals and covers in a wide variety of genres.

Travis Floral was at The Winery during the Holiday season, helping us design and build wreaths. This spring, they’re back in The Grand Ballroom making custom 8-inch plant pots!

Included in ticket is everything needed to assemble plant pot; 8-inch pot, dirt, 5 plants (herbs, flowers, greenery), glass of award-winning Colloca wine, and appetizer charcuterie cup made with local meats and cheeses.

WE'LL GET YOU GIGGLING— We are bringing two acts to The Bay on Friday, April 26th for Giggle Night; nationally televised on several networks, comic Paul Kozlowski, and Syracuse native, known for his performances on Kimmel, Letterman, and Conan, comic Moody McCarthy. Colloca chef-selected entree choices are available and a glass of Mindy's Giggle Juice is provided!

The ACME Mystery Company & Colloca Estate Winery proudly presents HOMESTYLE HOMICIDE: The Freagan Family Reunion, a mystery dinner theatre show!

From ACME about the show; “Come a runnin’, cousins, ’cause it’s time again for the annual family reunion and the whole Freagan family is gonna be there! We’re gonna have vittles, singin’, hootin’ and hollerin’ and, of course, no family gathering would be complete without the annual pig-calling contest! Dang, you might even win a big ol’ slop bucket full of money! Yeehaw! Best watch your step on the farm this year, though. Pa’s been hitting the moonshine a might too hard and is about to lose the farm to that no good snake, Beauregard Hogwallerin! When the girls find out, somebody could end up on the barbecue!”

This special evening will be held in The Lounge at Colloca Estate Winery. Tickets are only $68.00 per person and include a 3-course Dinner and the show. A cash bar will feature our award-winning wines, craft cocktails, local craft brews, and other spirits and refreshments.

Celebrate Easter with us at Colloca Estate Winery in our traditional fashion! We will have a superb buffet station menu containing all of your favorite brunch items and two seating times for maximum flexibility while planning your holiday celebration. Mellow live music will play during brunch. From the Winery family to yours, we are so excited to celebrate another Easter with you!

A new duo to the Winery, Ben & Sarah are a pair hailing from a popular CNY group the Ben Blujus Band! Their covers range from classic to modern favorites and their original numbers are based heavily on the rock category with influences of blues, reggae, and funk.

Country music hits the Winery next in March. The end of winter is nearing, and we have TWO incredible country music acts headed to #DestinationFairHaven in late March!

Break up the last few mundane moments of this NY winter with a concert at Colloca’s… Catch the first act, duo, Bri & Me, and band Chris Taylor & The Custom Taylor Band at the Winery, BBQ menu, western-themed cocktails, and award-winning wines all night. Now, we need y’all on the dancefloor. Lake Effect Line Dancers will be leading a demonstration of line dances between sets!

A full cash bar is available during the concert including our award-winning wines. The Lounge will be open before with the regular menu until 5 and then we will switch to BBQ.

Tickets at the door will be $15 instead of the $10 presale ticket, and presale ticket purchases will end the day before the concert.
