Free Docking for Visitors to the Winery

Colloca Estate Winery is located on the Western shore of Fair Haven Bay, also known as Little Sodus Bay, an inlet on the southern shores of the Great Lake Ontario, halfway between Sodus Bay and Oswego.

The winery offers free daytime and evening docking for visitors to the winery on a first come, first served basis. Guests wishing to dock overnight may do so for a fee of $2/ft of vessel length. We also have 2 mooring buoys just to the north of our docks that are available for larger vessels that may be booked for overnight stays at the same rates. You can book a dock or mooring here.

At this time, power and water services are not available but hopefully will be in the future. Although variable, at the end of our docks, we have 12’ of water depth. Please be courteous of others, attentive to our rules and absolutely no loitering.
