Our seasonal, al fresco-style, outdoor kitchen.

When we first began offering food to accompany our wines for our guests we only cooked out of our wood fired oven at the Wine Bar. We quickly outgrew it, built an addition and added a second Wood Fired Oven to handle the demand and named our restaurant, "The Wood Fired Kitchen at Colloca Estate Winery. Well, we outgrew that kitchen as well, so last year we embarked on the construction of a new 2,000 square/ft kitchen adding 2 Wood Stone Ovens that heat with wood and kept consistent temperature with propane modulation. When we opened the new kitchen this summer it became apparent that our days of being an exclusive "Wood Fired Kitchen" were no more. So, we strategized a new name and decided upon "The Winery Bistro at Colloca Estate Winery."

All of our dishes are made to order and take some time so stop by, place your order, relax with a glass or with a bottle and enjoy your visit to the winery. We hope to see you soon.
