Holiday Wine Pairing Dinner at Colloca Estate Winery 

7-Course Traditional Sicilian Christmas Dinner paired with Colloca Wines 
Friday, December 13, 2024, 7 pm (cocktails from 6 pm) 

Chris’ grandparents immigrated through Ellis Island in the early 1900’s from Sicily, making their new home in Oswego, New York.  Each year at Christmas, Chris’ family would enjoy a seven-course meal with recipes brought from the old world.  We share this menu with you in honor of the Colloca family tradition, together with music from our friends, Kimo and Anna, playing songs of the season for your enjoyment. Alternative selections can be arranged for those with dietary allergies or restrictions if communicated in advance.  Tickets are available now for $99, including wine pairings. Gratuity not included.
