Fully ripe fruit from nearby Miles Vineyards was sourced to make this elegant wine. We allowed the must to sit on skins for nearly three weeks, punching down twice a day to extract color and flavor. The wine was aged in new and aged French oak barrels using old-world methods. This delicate wine has aromas of red fruits with a soft and round mouth feel characteristic of the varietal. 11.5% alc.
