We blended 77%  Grenache (G) fruit from 80-year-old bush vines with 18% Shiraz (S) and 5% Mourvèdre (M) to craft this harmonious 100% Barossa Valley cuvee styled after wines from the Old World. After aging in seasoned 300- and 500-liter French and American barriques, ripe red and black fruits meet a round earthiness of this style.  14.5% alc.
