We hand picked Riesling from our Award-winning Lake Effect Vineyard®, capturing Free Run juice prior to pressing.  We slowly fermented at 58 degrees and aged on lees in stainless steel for 8 months. This wine emerged with aromas of lime, honey dew melon, and beeswax, with a crisp finish combining ripe white peach and fresh nectarine. 2.9% Residual Sugar. 11.8% alc.
