This late harvest technique allows thee sugars to concentrate while intensifying flavors. Grilled Lemon, lychee fruit, baked apple and apricot accompany the full visous mouthfeel of this special wine. Sugar at harvest: 25.5 degrees brix. Residual sugar 54 G/L. Only 96 cases produced.
