We allowed a small one-acre block of our award-winning Lake Effect Vineyard® to hang on the vine through late November and hand-picked during snowfall. This late-harvest technique allows the sugars to concentrate while intensifying flavors. Grilled Lemon, lychee fruit, baked apple, and apricot accompany the full viscous mouthfeel of this special wine. Sugar at harvest: 25.5 degrees Brix. Residual sugar 54 G/L. Only 96 cases were produced.
